Food at the Fair
From crepes to king crab, from reindeer sausage to elephant ears, some of the greatest food around is to be had at the Tanana Valley State Fair. Each year, the Fair has 45 different vendors selling delicious and unique food around the Fairgrounds.New food booths for each year’s Fair are chosen from over one hundred applicants. These booths are chosen based on originality of menu items, length of time on the waiting list, and electricals needs. Food booth spaces are usually 20 feet long by 20 feet wide and cost $1195.00.
